my stay featured a beautifully landscaped hotel that included great views of the golf course. the rooms were spacious and featured comfortable beds and large balconies. the staff were always warm and very helpful.

i found the shuttle service helpful because it brought me to the airport without additional cost. i liked the spacious bathroom that featured both walk-in shower and tub. emma and her team at the kitchencraft provided super nice service.

the air conditioning in my room did not worked well and remained stuck at 19°c. i found the language skills of most staff were poor. the gym and pool area were smaller than i expected for a five star hotel.

The air conditioning in my room barely worked. It struggled to cool the space adequately, causing some discomfort throughout the night. the wait times for service at the restaurant were excessive. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a simple appetizer. These issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
